Very warm welcome on arrival by owners very nice scones & cream teas with basics tea coffee sugar. Every need met for self catering an ideal place for quietness & rest a good place for visiting other places in area. 😉😊😘

Beautiful location; friendly and welcoming host. The cottage was well prepared and had every facility we needed for our stay. Would certainly book it again if we were having a holiday break in the area.

A beautiful cottage in an ideological setting. It’s a short trip to the nearest town and beach, although it’s worth knowing that the roads are very narrow, but lovely scenery. The owners were very kind and welcoming, they left scones, tea milk and wine for our arrival. The kitchen is excellently stocked and our children loved the playground. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent place to have as a base to explore the local area, but a car is needed. The accommodation is wonderful with lovely views from the outdoor seating area. The property is spacious, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and it was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and cream tea waiting for us to get our stay off to a great start. Accommodation is particularly child friendly, we had a 3 yo and 1yo to test this! Owner is very friendly and accommodating, eg calling us beforehand and setting up the stair-gate ready for our arrival. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property

We had a lovely time , there was enough room for 5/6 people plus a 2 year old . A large well equipped kitchen although we did bring a bigger frying pan ( from reading prior reviews! ) Rob is a lovely host ready to help out with things when needed . It's very close to local amenities and has a lovely park for little ones to play on. Excellent host cottage amazing surroundings brilliant and weather to match. The cottage was located in a little slice of paradise. It was well equipped and the kids loved the children’s play area.
Absolutely perfect for a get away from city life and some peace and quiet.

Although a little remote, the cottage was in easy reach of Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer, Sidmouth, West Bay, and Bridport to mention a view.
Spacious Kitchen Diner and comfortable Lounge added to the appeal of Cider Cottage.

We would recommend Cider Cottage for a convenient stay in Dorset and to explore Devon.

Very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Scones with cream/jam and wine were a nice touch.
